Shipping Questions

When will my order be shipped?
We ship your order within 24 hours after payment is recorded as received. You will be notified via email, payment is recorded as received and again when order is shipped.


Will you ship to [name of country here]?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Provided the address can be reached by your local postal service.


What's the shipping cost to [name your country here]?
Please check the item description for the exact cost depending on the size of the item.

International Buyers – Please Note: Your order may be subject to customs charges and/or import fees if you are having an item delivered to a location outside of Australia. We cannot estimate when these charges will be applied, how much they will come to if applied and we regret that we cannot pay these charges. For more information about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Any charges incurred must be paid by the receiver of the order, if an item is refused by the receiver the item will be abandoned by UPS and the customer will be wholly liable for the order and the return of the goods to us otherwise the item will not be funded.

Can you combine shipping?
Yes we can, and we give discount for shipping cost for additional items. Please wait until all your auctions are finished and then complete our checkout process. It will combine shipping cost for all your purchases and give you the total amount.


How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Australia usually takes about 3-5 business days. Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes about 5-9 business days. Note that although we endeavor to provide you with a speedy delivery, in some instances delivery may be delayed for larger parcels due to custom inspections.


Can you register the parcel?
Yes. Our parcels are registered and a tracking number is used. Note this service only available to delivery within Australia.


Do you do express post ?
Yes we can. An additional fee will be charged if you wish to express post your order. Please contact our customer service representative if you want to express post your order. Note this service only available to delivery within Australia.


It's been too long now, where is my item?
If you haven't received your order within 15 days (Australia) or 30 days (outside Australia) please contact us with reconfirmation of you mailing address and item detail and we will investigate and contact you.
